个人简介：

廖有为，男，中共党员，博士/博士后，正高级职称（2011.12研究员），博士生导师。湖南省科技创业领军人才（2021年）、湖南省企业“创新达人”（2020年）、中国聚脲十大元勋（2006年）、长沙市C类（省市领军）高层次人才（2021年）、第二届长沙市科技创新“十佳”优秀青年人才（2005年）。

学习经历：

1992年9月——1996年7月  湖南大学化学化工系 腐蚀与防护专业 学士学位

2007年9月——2011年7月  中国机械科学研究总院 机械设计及理论 博士学位

2012年9月——2014年7月  华南理工大学  化学工程与技术 博士后

学术任职：

1996年-2001年  湖南关西汽车涂料有限公司研究部 助理工程师

2002年-2006年  湖南湘江涂料集团有限公司涂料技术研究所 工程师

2007年-2011年  湖南湘江涂料集团有限公司涂料技术研究所 高级工程师

2011年11月  获评正高级职称（研究员）

2012年-今  中南林业科技大学材料与能源学院，研究员/博导。

社会兼职：

湖南省腐蚀与防护学会理事长，

中国腐蚀与防护学会理事、中国涂料工业协会理事、中国涂料工业协会技术专家委员会委员、全国金属与非金属覆盖层标准化技术委员会（TC57）委员、中国机械工程学会摩擦学分会理事、湖南省涂料工业协会执行会长。

研究方向：

先进涂层材料，材料表面保护（腐蚀防护、摩擦磨损）工程及机理，工业原料经济林生物质材料高值化利用等。

科研情况：

主持中央军委科技委科技创新特区科研项目一项（经费180万元），湖南省科技计划项目以及长沙市科技计划重大专项等多项国家、省部级科研课题，参与国家重点研发计划项目、国家“973”计划项目等，出版专著两部，发表学术论文150余篇，其中SCI收录20篇，授权中国发明专利12件，澳大利亚发明专利1件，担任《Progress in Organic Coatings》、《Industrial Crops and Products》、《Polymer Journal》、《中国涂料》、《上海涂料》等国内外重要学术期刊的审稿专家（编委）。
